As part of the JT&S program, workshops are held at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro (TCATM) campus.  These workshops cover nine core topics once per year.

The cost of these workshops is currently $250.00 per session, per attendee for program participants. Non-participants may attend if seats are available for $375 per attendee. Workshops usually cover two sixteen hour sessions in the week scheduled for the workshop (sessions one: noon Monday till noon Wednesday; session two: noon Wednesday till noon Friday).  Attendees of the workshops receive certificates upon completion from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro.
